A major motion picture studio wanted to asses the level of effort required to estimate a corporate GHG inventory and create a blueprint for necessary steps and roles and responsibilities.

Clear Carbon Consulting facilitated a meeting with key corporate government and environmental affairs staff to make decisions on critical aspects of the corporate GHG inventory, including base year, boundary conditions, and change controls. In addition, our team met with data owners for electricity, fuel, and fleet information to understand the availability, quality, and detail of required data. Our findings report documented all critical inventory decisions and provided an information roadmap to all critical data sources.

 Provided recommendations for a corporate GHG management plan to map out all steps of a corporate GHG      inventory, including quantification methodologies for each emissions source.
